Mary Is In A League Of Her Own
We highly recommend Mary "Always on the Case" Friedner. While we came to her as seasoned buyers and sellers in another state, we quickly discovered that she had many things to teach us about the Westchester county real estate market. (She also had a thing or two to teach us about how nice New Yorkers are.) Mary represented us as a Buyer's Agent in a scorching seller's market. She had an incredibly difficult job, but she did it with humor, dignity, intelligence, ethics, and kindness. She used her terrific network to help us find a house to lease in our choice of school districts, as we agonized in frustration over our inability to land a house to buy. Finally, several months and seven offers later, Mary was still at our side, and we finally snagged a wonderful house in Sleepy Hollow. As far as we're concerned, Mary is in a league of her own in the real estate business. Her listening and processing skills are excellent. She understood our housing needs and wants perfectly. She emailed us pictures and information on new listings virtually 24/7, and was in very close contact with us every day over the course of our housing search. She never sent us on wild goose chases to see homes that weren't in our price range. Her business ethics are of the highest order, and we really appreciated that, particularly in a market that didn't necessarily bring out the best in people. Mary is a businesswoman of substance and character. She is also incredibly kind, generous, and just plain old nice, and we count her among our dearest friends. In the future, if we are in the market to buy, sell, or lease a house, Mary "Always on the Case" Friedner is the first person we would call.

Selling Your Home >Marketing
When you list your home for sale, you and your agent must work as partners to ensure it sells as quickly as possible, and for the best price. While you take the necessary steps to make your property look good inside and out, your real estate agent will go to work to make sure your home is exposed to qualified buyers.
Real estate agents work with each seller to develop a written marketing plan. This enables you to know what your agent is doing to sell your home and what you can expect to happen while your property is on the market. It will also include suggestions on how to make your home sell. There will be regular communication between you and your real estate agent from the day the listing agreement is signed. The agent will give you progress reports and feedback from the people who have seen your home. You will also have frequent opportunities to ask questions and discuss changes in the marketing strategy.
